Milk chocolate is extremely addictive and it seems the moment you take your first bite you can’t stop until it’s all gone. Dark chocolate on the other hand is more intense and will curb your cravings after only a few squares. Plus it turns out eliminating cocoa completely may not necessarily be the best idea. Sounds too good to be true doesn’t it? Before you get too excited it doesn’t mean go and buy a foot long dark Toblerone. By eating or indulging in a couple of squares of dark chocolate a day (or even better, protein chocolate!) you will be doing your skin a big favour.  Cocoa aids in hydrating your skin giving it a firmer more supple appearance.Your body, mind  and skin will love you for this. Make sure you choose a dark chocolate that is at least 70 percent cacao. Tip 2 – Eat protein for better hair growth and condition  

The staple ingredient of any fitness fanatics diet; PROTEIN! Who doesn’t want healthy glowing and strong hair? If you increase your protein intake and choose healthy lean proteins such as lean meat, fish, eggs, beans and lentils as well as nuts and seeds as part of a balanced diet, then you will soon notice the difference if you haven’t been eating them previously! Protein is needed by most cells and processes in your body as the fundamental building block. Give your body protein and it will grow bigger and stronger in all the right ways!
